Client: Revive Wellness, a wellness clinic in Uganda
Challenge: Revive Wellness needed a more structured and engaging digital marketing approach to increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and drive more appointments. Their existing branding lacked consistency, their website was not optimized for conversions, and their social media presence was underutilized.

The Solution

We implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including:

Social Media Content & Engagement: We created a mix of engaging reels and graphical posters that showcased Revive Wellness’ services, client testimonials, and wellness tips.

Branding Expansion: We expanded their one-page brand guide into a comprehensive branding standard to ensure consistency across all digital assets.

Website Revamp: We redesigned their website to be more informative, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions, with a clear call-to-action directing visitors to book appointments.

Content Marketing & Community Engagement: We developed organic content that educated and engaged their audience, driving more inquiries and brand trust.

The Results

Over our campaign period (February–October 2024), we achieved:

64,082 people reached through organic and strategic content marketing

121 organic social media posts, creating brand consistency and engagement

264 direct inquiries, showing increased customer interest

173 booked appointments, a significant improvement in lead conversion

UGX 57,763,300 in sales revenue, demonstrating a strong return on investment
